What are the shipping costs and times?

Free delivery in France and abroad

- In France by recorded delivery D+3
- Internationally by ordinary mail (allow 1 week)

For international tracked mail, a supplement of €3.50 is charged for countries eligible for this option.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

Your order can be modified as long as it has not yet been dispatched and has been placed in "Completed" mode. This status will be confirmed to you by email.
For any modification request, please send an email as soon as possible to the address " commandes[at]lumen-care.com ", indicating your order number.

How do I know if my order has been processed?

At each stage of the order process, you will receive a confirmation email from the Effluence.com or lumen-care.com website.

How do I track my parcel?

Our partner Boxtal will send you a tracking number for deliveries within France.

What payment methods are available?

You have 3 payment methods at your disposal:

  • By credit card (secured by Stripe)
  • By bank transfer
  • By cheque

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received.

All our prices include VAT.

What are the conditions for a return?

All items purchased on the Effluences.com website can be exchanged or refunded or benefit from the withdrawal period except for Switzerland. The period during which the customer can request an exchange or refund is 30 days from the date of receipt of the item(s) and to exercise the right of withdrawal (outside Switzerland), the period will be 14 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). The return of the item(s) within this period must follow the procedure detailed below:
To be accepted, returns must meet the following criteria:
- Products must be in new condition,
- The products returned must correspond to the products delivered,
- Products must be returned in their original packaging in good condition,
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order,
- You are responsible for return postage costs.
- The original order number must be clearly specified inside the envelope.
- Returns are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
